IS ISLAM AND THE KORAN, OF GOD
Islam is a religion that came along about 600 hundred years after the death of Jesus Christ. According to history the prophet Muhammad was an Arab that was born in Mecca about 570 A.D. Muhammad believed he had been sent to warn and guide his people and to call them to worship God (Allah). He preached that there is only one God and that he, Muhammad, was God's messenger (World Book Encyclopedia). Muhammad missed the mark because he didn't realize that Jesus was God manifested in the flesh. The true God, who is Jesus Christ must be revealed by the Spirit.
"Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is Lord, but by the Holy Ghost" (1 Corinthians 12: 3). Men cannot know God unless he reveals himself unto them. Having read the Koran, I know there are many questionable and untrue statements written therein. Notice, "If you fear that you cannot treat orphans with fairness, then you may marry other women who seem good to you; two, three, or four of them. But if you fear that you cannot maintain equality among them marry one only or any slave-girls you may own" (surah 4: 3). Another verse (surah) in the Koran quotes, "Believers, (Muslims) take neither the Jews nor the Christians for your friends" (surah 5: 51). Any Jew or Christian is not allowed to be befriended by a Muslim. This is contrary to the Holy Bible which admonishes us "to love your enemies" (Matthew 5: 44).
IS REV. MOON AND THE DIVINE PRINCIPLE, OF GOD
Here we have a leader who calls himself the Messiah and also the True Parent. The purpose of the Unification Church is to unite all so-called religions to fellowship under its (Unification) banner. There are many people who have been taken captive by this movement. Even among those who are believers in the Acts 2: 38 plan of salvation. The Word of God has warned us saying, "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; (1 Timothy 4: 1). For any man to exalt himself with the title of Messiah is contrary to the Word of God. None of the apostles ever called themselves by the title of Messiah.
These were men who were given the authority to write scriptures, but yet they didn't exalt themselves to such a high level. It is taught in the Divine Principle that the Holy Spirit (Holy Ghost) is a female spirit. The Divine Principle is a book which was written by Rev. Moon and the contents of this book is taught to his followers. According to the Bible, the Holy Ghost is the "Spirit of Christ" (Romans 8: 9), and not a female spirit as taught in the Divine Principle. In Rev. Moon's own words documented, "I have inherited the mission and work, and succeed Jesus in this work. I am fulfilling what Jesus left undone." (Sun Myung Moon, Master Speaks - 3: "Prayer and the Spirit World" 1965, p. 14). The scriptures says, "And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ (Messiah); and shall deceive many" (Matthew 24: 4-5). Many people are being deceived by men claiming to be the Messiah. Just because a man has a great following is no proof that they are ordained of God. Even the anti-christ shall have a great following. The Moonies believe in serving communion to its followers. Unknown to many people their communion has been tainted. For further information you can surf the internet to enlighten yourself on these latter day cults
